Installed & Warranted by Armatec
We supply and install - only one contractor to deal with: us. Testing is rigorous. Finished coatings have high voltage spark tested to ensure zero pinholes. We provide a total 12 month warranty covers materials as well as installation. Extended warranties are available by negotiation. Inspections are available by request.

Ceilcote® 242 and 252 Flakeline: Nominal 1mm thick flake filled coatings brush, roller or spray applied and based on chemical resistant resins with outstanding resistance to a wide range of aggressive chemicals.
Ceilcote® 103 Flakeline: Nominal 2mm glass flake reinforced heavy duty lining trowel applied to protect steel tanks from aggressive chemicals in immersion service.
Ceilcote® Ceilcrete & Coroline range of 3mm thick hard wearing silica filled glass cloth reinforced polyester, vinyl ester and epoxy systems for very heavy duty performance. Ideal for sumps, pits, high wear areas ... where the very best is needed.
Armaline® Range
Moisture tolerant and chemical resistant range of heavy duty epoxy coatings using technology from international materials suppliers. Specific coatings have resistance to spills of 98% sulphuric acid and the range of chemicals used in CIP (Clean in Place) systems in the Dairy and Food Industries.
Armaline® 1000 Series: Nominal 1mm coating with good resistance to alkalis and acids.
Armaline® 3000 Series: Nominal 3mm thick glass fibre and flake reinforced coating applied in 1 trowel coat.
Armaline® 5000 Series: Nominal 5mm thick aggregate filled coating applied by trowel.

Ceilcote Flakeline® 200 Series
0.8-1mm flake reinforced, brush or spray. For chemical bunds, waste tanks, light duty immersion, fumes, spillages, medium temperature limits, smooth finish, for concrete and steel substrates, medium security, fast curing spray applied version available.
Ceilcote 252 Flakeline -Bisphenol resin based. The original very successful flake filled coating. Ideal for acids, dilute caustic, etc.
Ceilcote 242 Flakeline - Vinyl ester resin based. Ideal for acids and many chemicals.
Also available in many different resin bases.
Armaline® 1000 Series
0.5-1mm flake reinforced, brush or spray applied. For chemical bunds, waste tanks, light duty immersion, fumes, spillages, bonds to damp substrates, cures underwater, medium temperature limits, smooth finish, for concrete and steel substrates, medium security.
Armaline® 1720 - standard all duty epoxy flake filled coating. Ideal for dilute acids and other chemicals.
Armaline® 1730 - special epoxy resin based for spillages of 98% sulphuric acid at room temperature.
Also available in many different formulations and resins.

1.5mm glass flake reinforced, trowel applied. For steel tanks, heavy duty immersion service, highest temperature limits, smooth finish, high security of containment.
Ceilcote 103 Flakeline - bisphenol resin based. The original very successful flakeglass tank lining. Ideal for acids, Cl2 , ClO2, and more.

Ceilcote Mat Reinforced Flakeline® Series
2mm flake & glass fibre reinforced. For chemical bunds, waste tanks, medium duty immersion, fumes, spillages, medium temperature limits, smooth finish, for concrete and steel substrates, tolerates some movement in substrate, uses Flakeline 200® topcoat, high security.
